Online and Mobile Banking

I had access to online banking previously, but my username and password aren't working now.

  • In an effort to give you a superior online banking experience, we upgraded our systems late September 2022.  Unfortunately, passwords did not carry over.
  • The first time you log in after our upgrade completed, your Username stays the same.
  • Your first time password will be your Username plus the last 4 numbers of your social security number.
    • Example: Username is paula5 and last 4 of social security number is 1234
        • First time password is   paula51234
  • The system will then walk you through changing your password and setting up security questions for your protection.

I have forgotten my username or password.

  • Please call your local branch and ask for assistance.

How do I change my password?

  • Log in to your online banking account on www.csbnetbank.com
  • Click on My Settings in the top right portion of your screen.
  • Under the Login & Security section, click on Edit next to your Password.
  • Follow the prompts to change your password.

I just made a mobile deposit. How soon will I see it in my account?

  • In an effort to protect our customers, we review and process mobile deposits manually at the beginning and end of each business day in Royal Center.  You should see your accepted deposit pending in your account shortly after we process the file. If your mobile deposit was submitted outside of the business hours of our Royal Center Branch or on a Saturday, you will see it in your account the next business day after we process it.

Why was my mobile deposit rejected?

  • Incorrect endorsement: Did all payees endorse the back of the check? Did you write "For Mobile Deposit" under your signature(s)?
  • Payee not an owner of the account:  If the check is made payable to someone who does not legally have access to the funds in the account, we cannot accept it.  Also, if a check is made payable to two parties, and only one of them is an owner of the account, we cannot accept that deposit via mobile deposit.
  • Stale dated:  Does the front of your check state that it is void after a certain date? Was your check written over a year ago?
  • Clarity:  The image of the check being deposited must be clear and complete. We cannot accept partial check images.
  • Alterations:  If your mobile deposit appears to be altered or fictitious, we cannot accept it.

How do I sign up for online statements?

  • On the Digital Banking section of our Services tab, click on the + symbol near the eStatements line.
  • Follow the instructions listed to sign up electronically or in one of our branches.

How do I see my online statements?

  • After submitting your completed eStatement authorization form, your future statements will be viewable through digital banking.  To view them, you must first log into your online banking on your moble app or our website.
    • App: After logging on, click Menu in the top left corner of the screen.  Click on Additional Services, Online Statements, and then follow the prompts.
    • Website: After logging on, click on Additional Services along the top of the page. Click on Online Statements, and then follow the prompts.

How do I add a new account to my online banking?

  • Once you have logged into your online banking account, click on View Accounts.
  • Click on the white plus icon towards the top of your screen.
  • From there, follow the prompts to add external accounts to your online banking experience.

What if there is an account that I don't want to see on my online banking?

  • The account will remain viewable in your online banking unless you choose to "hide it."  To hide an account, log onto your account within our website.  Click on Manage Profile in the top left of your page. You will see Hide Accounts listed under the Application Settings.  Click on that.  Within this page, choose to hide them from your personal online banking experience.

Why can't I transfer money online?

  • Because of regulations, you cannot electronically transfer money out of INUTMA accounts or accounts in which multiple signatures are required.  Also, you can only transfer between accounts in which you are an owner or signer.
