I just made a SNAP deposit. How soon will I see it in my account?

  • In an effort to protect our customers, we review and process SNAP deposits manually at the beginning and end of each business day.  You should see your accepted deposit pending in your account a few hours after we process the file. If your SNAP deposit was submitted outside of business hours or on a Saturday, you will see it in your account the next business day after we process it.

Why was my SNAP deposit rejected?

  • Incorrect endorsement: Did all payees endorse the back of the check? Did you write "For Mobile Deposit" under your signature(s)?
  • Payee not an owner of the account:  If the check is made payable to someone who does not legally have access to the funds in the account, we cannot accept it.  Also, if a check is made payable to two parties, and only one of them is an owner of the account, we cannot accept that deposit via SNAP deposit.
  • Stale dated:  Does the front of your check state that it is void after a certain date? Was your check written over a year ago?
  • Clarity:  The image of the check being deposited must be clear and complete. We cannot accept partial check images.
  • Alterations:  If your SNAP deposit appears to be altered or fictitious, we cannot accept it.

How do I see my online statements?

  • After submitting your completed eStatement authorization form, your future statements will be viewable through digital banking.  To view them, you must first log into your online banking on your moble app or our website.
    • App: After logging on, click Menu in the top left corner of the screen.  Click on Additional Services, Online Statements, and then follow the prompts.
    • Website: After logging on, click on Additional Services along the top of the page. Click on Online Statements, and then follow the prompts.

How do I add a new account to my online banking?

  • New checking and savings accounts will automatically be viewable upon opening.  If you have a new loan, let your loan officer know you want to be able to access it online so we can add it for you.

What if there is an account that I don't want to see on my online banking?

  • The account will remain viewable in your online banking unless you choose to "hide it."  To hide an account, log onto your account within our website.  Click on My Settings in the top right of your page.  At the bottom of the list, you will see Rename & Hide your accounts.  Click on that.  Within this page, you can nickname your accounts or choose to hide them from your personal online banking experience.

Why can't I transfer money online?

  • Its possible that the amount you are trying to transfer exceeds your maximum transfer limit.  It is also possible we need to enable your accounts for transfer capability.  If you recently opened a new account, you will want to let us know that you want to be able to transfer money with your online banking.  Please contact your local branch, and we will be happy to set that up for you.  Because of regulations, you cannot electronically transfer money out of INUTMA accounts or accounts in which multiple signatures are required.  Also, you can only transfer between accounts in which you are an owner or signer.
