- Free service for customers with a Community State Bank checking or savings account
- Deposit your check with a few taps of your finger:
- Take a picture of the front and back of your check, following the on-screen instructions. Sign the back and write "For Mobile Deposit Only at CSB" under your signature.
- Select the account into which you want to make the deposit
- Enter the dollar amount
- Verify that everything on the screen is correct, and then submit it

Two ways to Sign Up:
Electronically:
- Click here to send us an email to request a secure email connection - Do not include any attachments or your personal account details during this step.
- Complete the required fields on the E-Statement Authorization document then click the icon in the upper right-hand side of the form and select Download with your changes.
- Once you have received a secure email connection from our bank, reply back by attaching the completed form. Please add "E-statement Sign Up" in the Subject Line.
- Once Community State Bank receives your completed e-statement authorization form, your future periodic statements will be available through your online banking.
In Branch:
- Print and complete the required fields on the E-Statement Authorization document.
- Bring the completed form to your local branch or mail it to the address located in the lower right corner of the document. If you don’t have access to a printer, you may fill out a form at any of our branches.
- Once Community State Bank receives your completed e-statement authorization form, your future periodic statements will be available through your online banking.
